Boost Run raises $130 million through warrant repayment
Boost Run completed the repayment of all outstanding warrants on August 20, generating gross cash proceeds of about $130 million. Of 11,470,711 warrants, 11,447,717 were exercised at $11.50 per share; the remaining 22,994 were repaid at $0.01 each. After the transaction no warrants remain outstanding, trading in them on NASDAQ has been suspended, and the class A common shares remain listed under the ticker BRUN. Boost Run achieves 270% revenue jump in Q2 2026 and expects ARR of around $400 million by year-end
Boost Run reported revenue of $31.1 million in Q2 2026, up 270% year over year, and ARR increased to $145 million as of June 30. The company’s cumulative total contract value is $1.9 billion, it sees strong demand for GPU infrastructure, is working with NVIDIA and plans substantial hardware purchases. Boost Run rises sharply after long-term GPU lease deal and Q2 results
Boost Run shares jumped as much as 14.3% in premarket trading after announcing a long-term lease with 10X Infrastructure Partners for an initial 20 MW of GPU capacity, to be expanded to 111 MW by 2027. At the same time the company reported Q2 2026 results and confirmed revenue guidance of $170–180 million, as well as contractually secured revenue of $940 million.
