Brookfield Renewable Corporation seen for strong growth as green power demand rises
Brookfield Renewable Corporation operated 47 GW of renewable capacity at end-2025 and has a development pipeline exceeding 200 GW, plus a major stake in Westinghouse and long-term contracts with Microsoft and Google that include inflation escalators. Analysts forecast 2025–2028 revenue and adjusted EBITDA CAGRs of 28.5% and 7.9% respectively; at a current enterprise value of $64 billion the stock trades at about 7x sales and 15x adjusted EBITDA. If estimates hold and EBITDA grows ~8% annually through 2031 while valuation multiples remain steady, enterprise value could rise ~90% over five years and total returns (including a 3.8% yield) could exceed 100%. » More on finance.yahoo.com

Brookfield Renewable sells 613 MW solar portfolio to Clearway Energy
Deriva Energy, a Brookfield Renewable portfolio company, agreed to sell 613 MW of operating solar assets across eight states to Clearway Energy, with closing expected in Q2 next year. Clearway will invest $210–$230 million and bring in a co-invest partner for 227 MW in the Western U.S., and expects the portfolio to add about $27 million in annual CAFD starting in 2027. Brookfield will recycle the proceeds into higher-return development projects to support >10% FFO per share growth and sustain its targeted 5–9% annual dividend increases, while Clearway strengthens its CAFD guidance and dividend growth outlook to around $1.98 per share by 2027. » More on finance.yahoo.com
