B+S Banksysteme ahead of annual report on 30 September after strong nine-month start
B+S Banksysteme reported an 11% rise in revenue to €9.68 million after nine months and an EBIT almost 50% higher at €1.33 million. In the final quarter the company faces a high comparative base from project invoicing in the previous year, but to match last year’s figures roughly €2.9 million in revenue and €0.55 million in EBIT will be sufficient. The key will be how much of the lead can be carried into the full year; the share continues to trade around €2 and so far reflects little expectation. » More on finanzen.net
B+S Banksysteme discussed as takeover candidate due to low share price and stable earnings
B+S Banksysteme is seen as a potential takeover candidate because of long-standing customer relationships, modular core banking software, high recurring revenues and strong cash flows. The stock is very cheaply valued with a market capitalization of around €12m and an EV/EBIT of about 5–6. A sale is unlikely, however, as long as the founders and executives hold nearly 50% of the shares, so a market revaluation will require patience but could occur suddenly. » More on finanzen.net
B+S Banksysteme shows operational improvement, stock has remained in a sideways range for two years
In the financial period July–March 2025/26 B+S Banksysteme grew revenues by just under double digits and operating profit by almost half. Despite positive metrics, the stock remains in a volatile trading range and repeatedly fails around the €2.30 area, although rising long-term lows are visible. The upcoming annual results are seen as a potential trigger: management expects rising revenues but refrains from giving a concrete forecast after a strong prior quarter. » More on finanzen.net
