BTB Real Estate increases revenue in Q2 and sheds office holdings in favor of industrials

The trust reported Q2 2026 rental revenue of CAD 31.9 million (+4.5%) and adjusted FFO per share of CAD 0.097 (+16.7%). The occupancy rate improved to 91.3% and NOI rose 10.5%.
