Cadeler reported Q4/2025 EPS of 0.6572 USD and revenue of 189.19 million USD. For fiscal 2025 the company reported revenue of 620 million EUR (+149%), EBITDA of 425 million EUR (+237%) and net profit of 280 million EUR (+331%); adjusted utilisation rose to 88.9% with an equity ratio of 44%. Management attributes the results to improved fleet utilisation, delivery of new vessels and the strategic shift toward integrated project execution. Cadeler reports Q3 EBITDA of €109m, above the Bloomberg consensus of €101m. Revenue was €154m, net profit €64m and fleet utilization around 92%. Order backlog rose to €2.9bn, of which 78% have a final investment decision, while net debt increased to €1.2bn mainly due to higher capital expenditure of €258m.
