Sterling Infrastructure expands credit facility to $1.5 billion
Sterling Infrastructure has amended its credit agreement, increasing the revolving credit facility to up to $1.5 billion and extending it through July 2031. The increase represents an additional $1.05 billion versus prior facilities and replaces existing term and revolving loans. The agreement relaxes covenants, reduces financing costs by removing the SOFR adjustment and lowering margins, and is intended for refinancing, investments and permitted acquisitions.
