Cadre Holdings bets on organic growth, margin expansion and targeted acquisitions
Cadre Holdings confirms organic growth for 2026 in the target range of 3–5% and reported that the second quarter was at the upper end of that range. Adjusted EBITDA margins were above 20% in the quarter; management is targeting organic margins in the mid-20% range through price adjustments, productivity measures and operating leverage. Since the IPO seven acquisitions have been made, including TYR Tactical and Alien Gear, and the company has about $120 million of available funds for further purchases. Growing segments include nuclear security and international expansion, while products such as blast sensors and blast-mitigating seats are seen as potential sources of growth, though their timing remains uncertain. » More on de.investing.com
