CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust posts strong half‑year growth and raises distribution

CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust reported in 1H 2026 an increase in net rental income of 8.7% to SGD 630.5m and distributable income that grew 13.3% to SGD 466.7m. Distribution per unit rose 7.1% to 6.02 cents despite a 5.8% dilution of the unit base. Portfolio adjustments, higher occupancy (95.6%) and acquisitions such as Paragon and the consolidation of CapitaSpring are expected to support future earnings; management says interest rates remain the biggest risk.
