Five monthly-paying REITs—Realty Income, Agree Realty, AGNC Investment, EPR Properties and LTC Properties—are highlighted for delivering inflation-hedged income with yields roughly between 4% and 14% via long-term net leases. Realty Income has raised its dividend over 120 times since going public and yields about 5.3%. Realty Income and KKR form €528 million joint venture for European net-lease properties
Realty Income and KKR are creating a euro-denominated joint venture in which KKR will invest €528 million for a 49% stake, while Realty Income will retain 51% and manage the portfolio through its European platform. Closing is expected on September 30, 2026; the contributed portfolio has an initial cap rate of 5.9% after asset-management fees.
