CBS hires new correspondents and contributors for 60 Minutes' 59th season

CBS' 60 Minutes named Ross Douthat, Norah O'Donnell, Sebastian Junger, Trevor Phillips and Gianna Toboni as contributors ahead of its 59th season under new executive producer Nick Bilton. The hires follow a major shakeup that included the departure of long-time producer Tanya Simon and several correspondents, and come after broader leadership changes at CBS News under editor-in-chief Bari Weiss.
