Celsius Holdings executives buy shares as stock falls nearly 40% this year
Celsius Holdings' CEO and two directors purchased nearly $2 million of stock amid a year-to-date share drop of about 40%. The company reported 11% revenue growth in Q2 and said net income fell due to a one-time distributor termination fee, though adjusted profits rose 35.5% and operating income would have increased 8.6% year over year. Celsius trades at a 16 forward P/E, well below last year's 70, but insider buys are not a guarantee of future gains and analysts urge caution. » More on finance.yahoo.com

Celsius outlines portfolio transformation and warns of near-term margin pressure
At the Barclays conference, Celsius announced it is implementing an integrated three‑brand strategy with Alani, Celsius and Rockstar and highlighted the completed integration into the PepsiCo distribution system. Its role as “Category Captain” is intended to improve shelf positions, pricing and long‑term growth, while in the short term the Celsius brand faces pressure from deeper SKU rationalization. Management expects Celsius to stabilize by the end of 2026, targets mid‑term gross margins in the low‑50 percent range, but sees headwinds from higher aluminum premiums and fuel and freight costs. Further growth is to be supported by capacity expansion, revenue‑growth management, innovation and international expansion. » More on de.investing.com
