Celularity breaches NASDAQ minimum market capitalization – 180 days to restore compliance

Celularity received a written notice from NASDAQ on June 9 after the market value of its listed securities, the notice said, fell below the required threshold of $35 million over the past 30 trading days. The company has until December 7, 2026 to regain compliance by achieving a market value of $35 million or more for at least ten consecutive trading days; NASDAQ may extend this period.
