Cemex announces second dividend tranche for CPO and ADS holders
Cemex will pay the second tranche of a total distribution of USD 130 million approved at the annual general meeting, totaling USD 32.5 million. Eligible are holders of CPOs and ADSs as of the record date of 17 September 2025; provisional individual amounts are USD 0.000746 per share, USD 0.002238 per CPO and USD 0.022380 per ADS. Payments to CPO and common share holders will be made on 18 September in Mexican pesos at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Mexico; ADS payments are expected around 25 September; the amounts will be finalized no later than 15 September.
