Cemtrex subsidiary Invocon wins NAVSEA Phase I SBIR contract for mine warfare components

Cemtrex reports that its subsidiary Invocon has received a Phase I award under the SBIR program from the Naval Sea Systems Command for the topic "NAVSEA Open Topic for Modular Mine Warfare Components." Invocon was selected from a nationwide field of applicants for the competitive contract of the US Department of Defense. No information on contract value or timing was disclosed. Cemtrex secures $4 million through placement of shares and warrants
