  • Gevo withdraws DOE loan guarantee application for ATJ-60 project

    Gevo has withdrawn its application for a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) loan guarantee for the ATJ-60 synthetic jet fuel project in Lake Preston, South Dakota, after discussions with the DOE. The company said DOE conditions supporting tertiary oil recovery in the project area are currently not economically viable and that it has identified alternative financing sources and broader product offerings.
