Cemtrex nears acquisition of Invocon, issues shares and begins shipping AI NEXT cameras

Cemtrex said it is close to completing the acquisition of Texas-based Invocon to expand its aerospace and defense footprint, while terminating a planned robotics integration deal and signing an LOI to buy a Tennessee industrial services business. The company has started shipping its AI-powered modular NEXT cameras for Vicon and committed to transforming Vicon through software and AI offerings.
