Creative Value Investment Group has lowered its voting interest in CLS Holdings to 54.778185%; the reportable threshold was breached on May 22. CLS Holdings has admitted 3,358,424 new ordinary shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The shares were issued under the Enhanced Scrip Dividend Alternative for the final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2025 and are fully fungible with the existing ordinary shares.
