  • CSN launches exchange offer for 2028 bonds over $1.3bn

    CSN subsidiary CSN Inova Ventures is offering holders of the senior 6.75% notes due 2028 an exchange into new senior notes (11.00%) due 2030 plus a cash payment. For each $1,000 principal of the old notes, eligible holders will receive new notes with a principal amount of $746.15 and a cash payment of $253.85; the new notes can step down to 10.50% if certain redemption conditions are met. The offer covers the 2028 notes with a total principal amount of $1.3bn and requires at least $910m (70%) to be tendered; the deadline is 10 August 2026, with settlement expected on 12 August 2026.
