Caledonian Holdings provides Alba with a further £450,000 to support bank licence efforts

Caledonian Holdings is providing AlbaCo Limited with a short-term £450,000 from its own liquid funds to support Alba in its ongoing application for a bank licence. The payment is treated as an advance on Alba’s planned regulatory capital raise and includes a 25% repayment fee, payable in cash or in new ordinary shares after the capital raise is completed. If the raise is successful, Caledonian will also receive share warrants; the company currently holds 1,500,000 Alba shares (5.47%).
