Insight affiliate exits remaining Coursera stake as company completes Udemy merger and launches $500m buyback
Insight Holdings Group sold its remaining 78,628 Coursera shares on May 18, 2026, fully exiting that specific affiliate's position while other Insight-affiliated funds still hold about 28.4 million shares. The sale appears to be a routine portfolio exit rather than a loss of confidence in Coursera. Coursera completed its merger with Udemy in May 2026, now serving ~290 million learners, announced a $500 million share repurchase program, reported Q1 2026 revenue of $196 million (up 9% YoY) and reaffirmed full-year revenue guidance of $805–$815 million. » More on finance.yahoo.com

Coursera shareholders approve merger with Udemy and doubling of authorized shares
At a special meeting, Coursera shareholders voted to issue common stock to effect the merger with Udemy and to amend the charter to increase authorized shares from 300 million to 600 million. The proposals were approved decisively, but the merger remains subject to additional closing conditions and regulatory approvals, despite the FTC having granted early antitrust clearance. Coursera also reported Q4 2025 revenue growth of 10% to $197 million and adjusted EBITDA of about $11 million, named Michael Foley as CFO, and—according to analysts—still has upside from expected margin improvements and a return to profitability despite recent share-price declines. » More on de.investing.com
