Strong half-year results and accelerated Crayon synergies drive Softwareone

Softwareone reports group revenue of CHF 818.3m for H1 2026 (reported growth +68.2%; comparable and currency‑adjusted +11.6%) and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 24.9% (+4.5 percentage points). In Q2 the margin reached 28.9% (+5.4 points). The company realised early run‑rate cost synergies from the Crayon acquisition of CHF 100m and expects a further CHF 5–10m of synergies for H2; integration costs are expected to be CHF 75–85m, below previous estimates. SoftwareOne completes full acquisition of Crayon through compulsory purchase

SoftwareOne has completed the compulsory acquisition of the remaining Crayon shares and now holds 100% of Crayon. The price per share matches the offer price from the voluntary takeover bid, and settlement is expected by July 11, 2025 at the latest.
