DatChat rebrands as Myseum; Nasdaq ticker changes to MYSE

DatChat, Inc. is changing its name to Myseum, Inc.; starting August 11, 2025, its shares and Series A warrants will trade on Nasdaq under MYSE and MYSEW, respectively. The move is intended to underscore the focus on the Myseum platform for secure photo and video management, launched in March, while the DatChat Messenger will continue as a standalone service with a feature upgrade forthcoming; the next quarterly report is scheduled for August 14, 2025.
