Workers at HelloFresh’s Newark distribution center allege in an amended class action that temp and HelloFresh supervisors verbally and physically abused primarily Hispanic workers, denied regular bathroom breaks, confiscated ID badges, threatened immigration enforcement and sexually harassed employees. HelloFresh denies the allegations, says it conducted an internal investigation finding the claims without merit, and has moved to dismiss the suit along with staffing agencies. Already on 30.09.2026 the investor had purchased 158,204 shares at EUR 2.34 each.
