DCI Advisors nets €45 million from asset sales in 2025
DCI Advisors completed asset sales totalling more than €45 million in 2025, including the sale of its entire stake in Aristo Developers for €31.1 million and the sale of the Apollo Heights plot for €7.5 million. From the Aristo payments, €4.6 million has already been received, a further €4.1 million is expected in May, and a final payment of €6.1 million depends on tax clearance in Cyprus. DCI reports progress at the Kilada Country Club in Greece (around €11 million invested since 2023), a reduction of liabilities by €4.4 million, and repayment of shareholder loans amounting to €1.7 million. DCI Advisors secures €400,000 shareholder loan from DIC to strengthen working capital
DCI Advisors Ltd has received a €400,000 shareholder loan from Discover Investment Company (DIC) to provide working capital and support the company’s strategy. The financing follows earlier loans and repayments; the board and nominated adviser Cavendish Capital Markets Limited considered the terms fair, and Nicolai Huls, who has ties to both companies, was excluded from the decision. DCI Advisors Ltd said the final payment of €6,150,000 from Mr Aristodemou for the sale to Aristo Developers is being delayed due to missing tax clearances in Cyprus.
