    TPI Composites filed for Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas and agreed to a senior (priming) DIP financing of up to $82.5 million, including $27.5 million of new money and $55 million from an existing credit facility with senior secured creditors led by Oaktree Capital Management.
