Diageo: emerging markets offset North America weakness in Q3 FY26
Diageo reported organic net sales growth of 0.3% in Q3 FY26 and reported revenue of $4.48 billion, beating analyst expectations. North America was the weak spot with organic sales down 9.4%, while Africa (+17.1%), Latin America/Caribbean (+16.2%) and Europe (+8.8%) grew strongly. The company confirmed its full-year guidance, expecting an FY26 organic net sales decline of 2–3%, a free cash flow target of $3 billion and around $300 million of savings from the “Accelerate” restructuring program.
