Jefferies raises target price for DocMorris but downgrades stock to hold
Jefferies raised the target price for DocMorris from 9.50 to 11.00 francs but cut its rating from Buy to Hold. Analyst Martin Comtesse said the downgrade was due to improved growth and margin prospects already being largely priced in. The DocMorris share briefly fell about 2 percent on the SIX. DocMorris accelerates turnaround after strong Q2 and raised guidance
DocMorris reported surprisingly strong Q2 figures with currency-adjusted external revenue up 15.2% and Rx growth of 45.8%. Adjusted EBITDA improved markedly in the half-year from −28.8 to −10.9 million CHF, and the EBITDA margin also improved; however, cash declined to around CHF 99.2 million. Management raised its revenue and EBITDA ranges for 2026 and expects strong Rx and digital services growth; the goal remains half-year EBITDA breakeven in H2 and free-cash-flow breakeven in 2027. Deutsche Bank raises price target for DocMorris to 12.5 francs, rating remains buy
Deutsche Bank Research has raised the price target for DocMorris from 11.5 to 12.5 francs and confirmed the rating at "Buy." Analyst Jan Koch sees the turnaround story as more credible after a roadshow and a presentation of the figures.
