Dunedin Income Growth and Saba agree three-year standstill agreement

Dunedin Income Growth has agreed a three-year standstill agreement with Saba under which Saba, among other things, agrees not to submit shareholder proposals, requisition general meetings, vote against board recommendations, seek changes to board composition or conduct short selling. The restrictions apply until the annual general meeting 2029 or until abrdn no longer acts as investment manager, whichever occurs first. The agreement does not restrict Saba from deciding on a takeover offer, continues to allow share trading except for short selling, and was judged by the board, after obtaining independent advice, to be in the best interests of shareholders. » More on de.investing.com
