Eagle Eye Solutions expects double-digit revenue and EBITDA growth in 2027

Eagle Eye Solutions reports a 31% increase in annual recurring revenue (ARR) to £44.5m for FY2026 and a 21% rise in total revenue to £46.1m (adjusted for the lost NRS contract). Adjusted EBITDA was £9.8m, beating upgraded expectations. Growth was driven by new customer contracts (including easyJet, Subway and a leading UK retailer) and initial wins from the global OEM partnership. The revenue mix is shifting toward higher‑margin SaaS offerings; EagleAI revenue grew 34%. Eagle Eye: chief partnership officer exercises options and sells shares
Al Henderson, Eagle Eye’s chief partnership officer, exercised options over 23,992 ordinary shares at £0.01 and simultaneously sold 54,200 ordinary shares at £3.40 each. The sale was partly to meet tax liabilities arising from the exercise of the options. After the transaction Henderson holds 151,838 ordinary shares (0.5% of the share capital).
