Ecovyst names Laurie Bergman as new chief financial officer
Ecovyst has appointed Laurie Bergman as chief financial officer with immediate effect; she succeeds Michael Feehan, who will remain with the company until September 30, 2026, to support the transition. Bergman was most recently CFO of Legacy Food Group and previously worked at Liquid Environmental Solutions as well as in leadership roles at UGI Corporation; she also serves on the boards of Arq and QNB Corp. Ecovyst beats Q2 expectations, stock falls on higher debt and integration costs
Ecovyst reported adjusted earnings of $0.21 per share and revenue of $250 million for Q2 2026, beating consensus estimates. Adjusted EBITDA rose 27% to $53 million, and adjusted free cash flow for 2026 was raised to $45–55 million.
