Elcora to acquire Eldorado gold mine in South Africa for $2m and shares

Elcora has signed a binding agreement to acquire the Eldorado gold mine in Mpumalanga. The purchase price comprises $2 million in cash (staged) and the issuance of a total of 20 million common shares in two tranches, with the second tranche conditional on a PEA showing at least 1 million ounces of inferred mineral resource and on permits. The transaction is subject to due diligence, renewal of the mining right and approval by the TSX Venture Exchange; closing is targeted by July 15, 2026.
