Emerson Electric raises outlook after strong Q3

Emerson Electric beat expectations in the third quarter with adjusted EPS of $1.71 and revenue of $4.87 billion. Management raised its forecast for fiscal 2026, now expecting, among other things, adjusted EPS of around $6.55, organic revenue growth of 3.5%, and free cash flow of about $3.6 billion. Organic revenue and orders increased by 6% and 7%, respectively; adjusted segment EBITDA margin improved to 28.5% and free cash flow climbed to $1.3 billion. Emerson Electric will integrate SiMa.ai’s MLSoC technology into its industrial PCs to enable real-time edge AI, including autonomous safety features for detecting gas and liquid leaks and operation across harsh temperature ranges.
