GE Vernova may be trimmed by Jim Cramer amid AI data center concerns
Jim Cramer said the AI trade is "currently broken" as the data center buildout becomes politicized and has started trimming AI-related positions, including a big cut in Broadcom. He flagged GE Vernova as a potential next trim because the company makes natural gas turbines used to provide off-grid power for data centers and sits at the center of the AI data-center supply argument. The comments came as broader markets softened and memory names, including Micron, weighed on the S&P 500 and Nasdaq. » More on cnbc.com
SHINE develops AI system with GE Vernova for real-time monitoring of spent nuclear fuel

The project supports SHINE’s goal of building a commercial reprocessing plant using its REDUCE process and achieving a lower NRC safety category. » More on de.investing.com
Fitch raises GE Vernova's rating to A- on margin expansion
Fitch has raised GE Vernova's long-term rating and senior unsecured rating from BBB+ to A- with a stable outlook. Key drivers are a rising EBITDA margin, strong free cash flow, strong market positions in energy infrastructure and the Prolec GE acquisition; gross EBITDA leverage remains low in Fitch’s view despite acquisition financing, and liquidity stands at over USD 13 billion. Fitch expects the EBITDA margin after the acquisition to rise to the mid-teens in the medium term (versus 6.4% in 2025). » More on de.investing.com
