Energy Focus rises 300% after announcing data center contracts

Energy Focus shares climbed 300% after the company announced the completion of “Project G” and progress on the multi-year “Project Y” for data centers. Together the orders total roughly $7.1 million, with Project G at $0.5 million and Project Y accounting for about $6.6 million over 2026–2027. Project Y includes high-performance UPS systems and highly efficient Fan Wall Units for one of Asia’s largest data center developers. Energy Focus announces board changes and key resolutions at annual meeting

Energy Focus, Inc. announced the resignation of Gina (Mei-Yun) Huang from the board and several committees, with Chao-Jen Huang taking her place on the audit committee. At the annual meeting, seven directors were elected, the appointment of audit firm GBQ Partners LLC and executive compensation were confirmed.
