EnWave reports Q3 2026 revenue growth and significantly reduced adjusted EBITDA loss
EnWave increased revenue in Q3 2026 by 21% to CAD 3.33m, driven by the sale of a prefabricated 120‑kW REV unit to Procescir and higher recurring licence revenues. Base licence revenues reached CAD 536,000 (normalized around CAD 600,000) and the adjusted EBITDA loss narrowed from CAD 575,000 to CAD 93,000. Gross margin rose to 25% and SG&A fell to CAD 1.2m; the stock dropped about 4.3% after the results. Management expects licence revenues of around CAD 3m for 2027 and plans to reduce baseline costs to about CAD 3.5m by 2028, but sees risks from delayed large orders and inventory build‑up. » More on de.investing.com
EnWave starts commercial evaluation of REV dehydration with global food group
EnWave has signed a technology evaluation and license option agreement with a multinational food group generating over USD 20 billion in annual sales. The partner will test REV vacuum microwave dehydration at commercial scale to assess retention of flavor, texture, color and nutrients, as well as reduced drying times versus conventional methods. If the evaluation is successful, the partner may negotiate one or more licensed commercializations of the technology; testing will begin in the coming months at the partner’s facilities and at EnWave’s innovation centre in Vancouver. Despite share-price pressure, EnWave reports 76% revenue growth over the past 12 months and licenses its technology to more than 50 partners in 24 countries. » More on de.investing.com
