EMD gains strong Polish retailers as new members

Grupa Eurocash, Grupa Chorten, and Netto are planning to form a purchasing alliance in Poland and aim to join European Marketing Distribution (EMD) AG. With around 20,000 stores and over 12 billion euros in revenue, the new alliance will become the second-largest purchasing group in Polish retail.
