Eurocell increases revenue by 13% thanks to Alunet acquisition

Eurocell reports a 13% revenue increase for 2025, mainly driven by the takeover of Alunet. Adjusted operating profit rose 6%, while adjusted profit before tax fell 5% to £19.0m due to higher financing costs; reported profit before tax was £12.20m, EBIT £17.30m and basic (undiluted) earnings per share £0.10. Organic sales volumes fell 2% due to weak RMI demand. Eurocell completed share buybacks of £5m, increased the total dividend and plans to continue buybacks in 2026 depending on market conditions.
