    At the Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology conference, Flex presented a planned spin-off of its Critical and Embedded Power business shortly after the start of the year and a growth plan for the remaining RemainCo focused on earnings and margin expansion. Management cited financial discipline, productivity improvements, automation and AI, and portfolio adjustments as drivers; RMS and ITS recently recorded two quarters of double-digit growth and margins rose to 5.7%. The $4.4 billion acquisition of EPC Power is intended to strengthen the data-center power business with targets for strong revenue and margin growth through 2027.
