Citi lifted its price target on Frontier Group Holdings to $5 from $4.90 and kept a Neutral rating after updating its model following the company’s fiscal Q1 report. Frontier Group Holdings pushed delivery of 69 A320neo family aircraft from 2027–2030 to 2031–2033 as part of a restructuring and agreed to terminate leases on 24 in-service A320neos to be returned in Q2. The moves follow rising debt of $5.5 billion and negative levered free cash flow of $624 million.
