Gedeon Richter beats expectations, raises 2026 outlook
Gedeon Richter reports pharma sales of HUF 914 billion for 2025 and a currency-adjusted 14% increase in adjusted EBIT, thereby beating consensus estimates and its own forecast. Drivers were strong quarterly results in biosimilars and women’s health and continued growth of Vraylar; generics showed first signs of recovery in Q4. For 2026 the company expects currency-adjusted high single-digit percentage growth in sales and adjusted EBIT, but notes roughly a 5 percentage-point negative impact from exchange rates.
