Greenland Technologies is offering 5,083,330 units at $1.20 each, with each unit consisting of one common share and four-fifths of a warrant; each full warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at $1.20 and expires after three years. Gross proceeds are expected to be about $6.1 million; Greenland intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
