Growthpoint Australia confirms stable FFO and high occupancy despite interest-rate pressure

Growthpoint Australia reported FFO of 177.6 million AUD (0.235 AUD per share) for the 2026 financial year, an increase of 0.9%, and maintained the distribution at 0.184 AUD per share. Record leasing activity and portfolio occupancy of 96% offset rising interest rates and weaker funds-management earnings. Gearing stands at 41.6%; the FFO guidance for 2027 is 0.226–0.235 AUD per share, with the company citing sufficient liquidity and a target to keep gearing within its target range.
