HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital posts record Q1, reaffirms 2028 targets and invests $400M in Neogenyx
HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital reported record Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.77 and adjusted ROE of 15.7%, with adjusted recurring net investment income up 29% to $101 million and managed assets rising 13% to $16.4 billion. The company reaffirmed its 2028 guidance of $3.50–$3.60 adjusted EPS and 17% adjusted ROE, and said fee-generating assets jumped 130% to $1.1 billion while the 12-month pipeline remains above $6.5 billion. HASI closed $460 million of new transactions in the quarter, issued $1 billion of bonds to lower funding costs, and reported $2.3 billion of available liquidity, saying it is close to a self-funding model that could eliminate 2026 equity issuance.
