Hansoh Pharmaceutical stock falls after announcement of convertible bond

Hansoh Pharmaceutical's shares plunged 5.4% on Tuesday to HK$38.06, hitting the lowest level since Jan. 7. The move followed the announcement of a zero-coupon convertible bond of HK$4.68 billion maturing in 2033, convertible into 81.55 million new shares (about 1.33% of the enlarged share capital).
