Henderson Land reported an adjusted attributable profit of HK$5.07bn (+66%) and a reported profit of HK$4.09bn (+41%) for the first half, despite a fair-value loss of HK$981m. A strong contribution came from its Hong Kong property development business, whose revenue rose 212% to about HK$11.88bn; the segment posted a pre‑tax profit of HK$3.3bn, including HK$1.57bn from the takeback of land in the New Territories.
