Hikma Pharmaceuticals has appointed Tobias Hestler, with effect from Thursday, as an independent, non-executive member of the board. Hestler will join the audit, remuneration and nomination and governance committees and is due to take over as chair of the audit committee after the 2027 annual general meeting, succeeding Douglas Hurt.
