Hour Loop disclosed in an SEC filing on Jan. 28 that it approved cash bonuses of $500,000 for Sam Lai (chairman, CEO, interim CFO) and $450,000 for Maggie Yu (SVP, board member). Lai and Yu are married and together control about 94.84% of the voting power of the outstanding common stock.
