Humana agrees not to mention Teva's Israeli ties at US price-fixing trial

Humana told a federal court it will not refer to Teva as an Israeli company in opening arguments or questioning at the upcoming US antitrust trial over alleged generic drug price-fixing. Teva had sought to bar references to its national origin, saying public views on the Gaza war could prejudice jurors. The agreement still allows documents that reveal Teva's Israeli ties to be introduced as evidence. Glenmark pays $15.28 million to settle antitrust dispute with Humana

Glenmark’s U.S. subsidiary reached a settlement with Humana to resolve antitrust lawsuits over alleged price-fixing in generics. The payment, including interest, amounts to $15.28 million and will be made in two installments.
