IHS Mauritius BR Limited has completed the sale of its Latin America business to Macquarie Asset Management. The transaction covers around 9,000 sites from IHS Brazil and IHS Colombia (as of 31 March 2026) and marks IHS’s exit from Latin America; the previously separately sold I-Systems Soluções de Infraestrutura was divested to TIM S.A. J.P. IHS Holding has signed a merger agreement with MTN Group, Mobile Telephone Networks (Netherlands) B.V. and a sub-merger subsidiary. At the same time, two voting and support agreements were entered into: the OND Support Agreement, under which Oranje-Nassau Développement holds 62,975,396 ordinary shares, and the Parent Support Agreement, under which Mobile Telephone Networks (Netherlands) B.V. holds 85,176,719 ordinary shares.
