Innoscripta share falls after Q2 update due to software migration
Innoscripta reported H1 2026 revenue growth of 43% to EUR 63m and an EBIT increase of 49% to EUR 36.4m, but confirmed its full-year guidance of EUR 140m revenue and EUR 80m EBIT. The stock fell about 9% after it said a software migration delayed filings and shifted parts of revenue into later quarters. Management expects the deferred volume to be recovered in H2 and is advancing expansion in France, the USA and the UK, but does not expect any material revenues there in 2026.
